A small town. Fishermen mostly. But so many memories passed down from family to family.
Walden is located on a glacier plane and is one of the most beautiful places in Colorado. The fields seem to stretch on forever and ever. In the summer those fields are filled with the most lush and soft green grass Colorado has.
The small town was once a Ute hunting and fishing ground. To this day many people still visit to fish. My own father and family history there is due to the great fishing that Walden offers.
My father and his family are rooted in the town of Walden and the town of Wyacola which is a mere 20 miles away in Wyoming. My grandpa grew up on a ranch that streched from Walden to Wyacola. Walden and its natives only amount to 653 people and my grandpa is a proud native and small town man.
Basicaly North Park Colorado is one of the most beautiful and peacefull places on the beautiful planet.
