Some say that Wyoming is nothing but cowboys and wind. They are right... to a point. But to me it is so much more than that. Its open ground, a new start, freedom and adventure. I personally think that the emptiness of the state is what holds its draw. I am not a people person. Never have been and never will be. But I don't need to worry about that in Wyoming.
Now Laramie..... it is a city. Sure. But the cities in Wyoming are towns compared to Places like Denver or heaven forbid.... L.A... Laramie also provides schooling.... University Of Wyoming is Located in the small city. Perfect for a n anti social forest rat like myself.
